Ingredients
- 2 firm, greenish, tart apples, peeled, cored and cut up
- 2 bunches spring onions
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- Lemon juice
- Salt
Directions
Put apples and onions in food processor to grate. Add to cream cheese, stir in lemon juice and season with salt. Serve with crackers.
