Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup blackberries
- 2 egg
- 1 cup heavy cream
Directions
Sprinkle gelatin in lime juice. After it has softened add ½ cup boiling water. Place mixture in blender. Add 2 eggs, ½ cup sugar, 1 cup black berries. Then add at highest speed heavy cream. Butter a mold. Pour mixture in mold. Place in refrigerator for 4 hours. Unmold. Garnish with whole blackberries and whipped cream, if desired.
