Ingredients
- Ground beef or veal
- Bacon
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Parsley
- Thyme
- Pastry dough
Directions
- Take some ground meat (veal, beef, etc.) and some boiled ham or bacon chopped very fine, season with salt, pepper, grated nutmeg, and a small quantity of parsley and thyme minced very fine. Cook these in a skillet.
- Make some paste (pastry dough), roll it out and cut into small squares.
- Fill with meat filling, close pastry around meat filling and crimp edges together.
- Place in greased pie pan or baking dish.
- Bake in a hot oven until golden brown approximately 20-25 minutes.
