Ingredients
- 2 quarts cranberries
- 7 cups sugar
- 1 pound seedless raisins
- 2 large oranges, cut up with slivers of peel (no white part)
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Place all ingredients in a large pot. Mix and cook over a slow fire until cranberries pop and mixture becomes transparent (about 30 minutes). It keeps well and can be frozen.
Yields 5 pints
