Ingredients
- 1 cup quick-cooking grits
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups water
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 pound processed cheese
- 1/4 pound sharp cheese, shredded
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/3 cup milk
Directions
Cook grits in salted water until done. Then add butter, cheeses, eggs, and milk. Stir until melted and smooth. Place in 1 ½-quart casserole and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Can be made ahead and frozen until ready for use.
