Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup ground ham
- 2 cups fresh bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
Directions
Combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, and milk. Form into 12 to 16 large balls and place in a 1 ½-quart flat casserole. Combine sugar, mustard, vinegar, and water. Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over ham balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
