Integrate History & Steam Concepts

Explore the ARGO: American Revolutionary Geographies Online database and discover how to incorporate historic maps into the history classroom.

We will tackle map reading skills, identify whose voices are and aren't represented, and practice building curriculum activities to introduce maps as primary sources in the classroom. You will leave feeling comfortable integrating maps into your teaching and walk away with the ability to make maps more accessible to your students.
