Editorial Notes

These lines are from an address given on the occasion of the suspension of a member of the Virginia Regiment who was found guilty of cheating at a card game while playing with his fellow officers.  Washington used this opportunity to admonish his fellow soldiers to always maintain self-discipline and behave honorably.
